Terms of Sale

    Article 1 - Purpose
These Terms of Sale govern purchases made on the Excuse My Routine website (excusemyroutine.com), specializing in the distance sale of French pharmacy and beauty products, to customers in France and internationally. Placing an order on the site implies full acceptance of these Terms of Sale.

    Article 2 - Seller identification
Excuse My Routine is operated by Audrey Gaillard, trading as Excuse My Routine, a French sole proprietorship (micro-entreprise) registered under SIRET number [SIRET], with registered address at [FULL ADDRESS], France. Contact: contact@excusemyroutine.com.

    Article 3 - Products
The products offered are authentic French pharmacy and beauty products, sourced from pharmacies and distributors in France. Essential characteristics of each product (size, INCI ingredient list, usage instructions) are shown on its product page. Photographs and descriptions are as accurate as possible but have no contractual value.

    Article 4 - Prices
Prices are shown in euros (EUR), all taxes included, in accordance with French regulations. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination country, and shown before payment is confirmed. For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, or local fees may be charged by the destination country's authorities upon receipt. These fees are the customer's responsibility, independent of Excuse My Routine, and are non-refundable.

    Article 5 - Orders
The customer selects the desired products, adds them to their cart, and confirms the order after reviewing the details and total price. The order is only final once payment is confirmed.

    Article 6 - Payment
Payment is made online by credit card at the time of ordering, via a secure payment platform. The customer's account is only charged once the order is confirmed.

    Article 7 - Shipping
Shipping methods, zones, and delivery times are detailed in the Shipping Policy. Products are shipped from France to all zones covered by the site.

Article 8 - Right of withdrawal and returns
Customers residing in the European Union (including France): in accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have a legal right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receipt, without giving any reason. In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, this right cannot be exercised for cosmetic products that have been unsealed or opened after delivery, for hygiene and health protection reasons, unless the original packaging remains sealed and intact. In accordance with Article L221-24 of the French Consumer Code, the full amount paid, including the initial delivery cost (at the rate of the standard, least expensive delivery option offered), will be refunded within 14 days.

Customers located outside the European Union: applicable return and withdrawal rights are those provided under the laws of your country of residence. Excuse My Routine does not grant any additional contractual 14-day withdrawal period beyond what is legally required in your country.

Practical return instructions are detailed in the Refund Policy.

    Article 9 - Warranties
For customers residing in France or the European Union, all products sold benefit from the legal warranty of conformity (Articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the legal warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).
For customers located outside the European Union, these French legal warranties do not automatically apply; Excuse My Routine nonetheless commits to handling any defective or damaged product on a case-by-case basis, in the same spirit.

    Article 10 - Personal data
The processing of customers' personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

Article 11 - Complaints and mediation
For any complaint, customers may contact contact@excusemyroutine.com. Customers residing in France or the European Union may, in the event of an unresolved dispute, use a free consumer mediation service [MEDIATOR CONTACT DETAILS TO BE ADDED].

Article 12 - Governing law and non-EU customers
These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. For customers residing outside the European Union, this clause does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights they may have under the law of their own country of residence.
