Withdrawal period (European Union customers, including France) You have a legal right to return a product within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason (Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code).

Customers outside the European Union Applicable return and withdrawal rights are those provided under the laws of your country of residence. Excuse My Routine does not grant any additional contractual 14-day withdrawal period beyond what is legally required in your country.

Conditions for a refund (EU withdrawal) The product must be returned unopened, unsealed, in its original intact packaging, together with proof of purchase. In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, unsealed or opened cosmetic products cannot be accepted for return under the right of withdrawal, for hygiene and health protection reasons.

Return costs and refund (EU customers) Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. In accordance with Article L221-24 of the French Consumer Code, we refund the full amount paid, including the initial delivery cost at the rate of the standard, least expensive delivery option offered, within 14 days of receiving the returned product or proof of shipment, to the payment method used for the order.

Damaged or defective product on arrival (all customers, regardless of country) If a product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 3 days of receipt at contact@excusemyroutine.com with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a free return and offer, at your preference, a refund or exchange.
