Shipping All orders are shipped from France via Colissimo. Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation. A tracking number is sent by email once your order ships.

Metropolitan France: €7.59 (up to 500g) / €9.59 (up to 1kg) / €11.19 (above): estimated 1 to 2 business days

European Union and Switzerland: €14.99 / €19.39 / €22.19: estimated 3 to 5 business days

United Kingdom: €18.99 / €23.39 / €26.19: estimated 3 to 5 business days

Iceland, Norway: €23.79 / €28.39 / €31.09: estimated 5 to 8 business days

United States, Canada, Japan, South Korea, China, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore: €35.19 / €39.19 / €53.99: estimated 5 to 8 business days

Customs duties and import taxes For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, taxes, or local import fees may be charged by the destination country's authorities upon receipt. These fees are the customer's responsibility and are independent of Excuse My Routine; they are not included in the order price and are non-refundable.

Lost or damaged parcel in transit If your parcel does not arrive or arrives damaged, contact us at contact@excusemyroutine.com with your order number. We will take the necessary steps with the carrier and offer a reshipment or refund depending on the situation.
